Before Reliable Asphalt Maintenance applies any crack fill, primer, or sealer our crew will properly trim back any grass, broom and power blow the surface.

After cleaning, crack fill is applied to any cracks greater than 1/4" wide (depending on the service you choose) All smaller cracks will be filled in by the seal coat. You will be able to see the crack fill through the Seal Coat because the texture of the crack filler is smoother than the texture of the asphalt.

No. All concrete, buildings, structures, etc. will be carefully cut in to protect any sensitive areas from over spray.
